Terms of Service

These terms cover use of the LogMySet native app, standalone API, account features, workout logging, sync, history, stats, and support.

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of LogMySet, including the native app, API, public pages, account features, workout logging, sync, history, stats, and support channels. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and old enough to use the service in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your account activity, device access, and keeping your sign-in method secure.

3. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, violate laws, or infringe the rights of others.

4. Workout and health information

LogMySet helps you record training data. It is not medical, fitness, or professional health advice. You are responsible for deciding whether an exercise, routine, progression, or training choice is appropriate for you.

5. Service changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including features, availability, supported platforms, and pricing, as permitted by applicable law.

6. Fees and payment

The native V1 service does not require an in-app purchase. If paid features are introduced, the applicable fees, billing terms, taxes, renewal conditions, and cancellation rules will be disclosed before purchase.

7. Intellectual property

The service and related content are owned by LogMySet or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service.

8. User content and workout data

You retain ownership of the workout data, routines, notes, body measurements, and other content you enter. You grant LogMySet a limited license to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

9. Third-party services

The service may integrate with third-party providers such as Google, Apple, app stores, hosting providers, diagnostics providers, or identity providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply to your use of those services.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogMySet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time.

13. Governing law and consumer rights

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the service operator and your use of the service, except where mandatory consumer protection or local law gives you additional rights.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the product, this page, or other appropriate channels.
