Privacy Policy

This page explains how LogMySet handles account, workout, device, diagnostic, and support information.

1. What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how LogMySet collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you create an account, sign in, and use the workout logging service.

2. Information we collect

We collect account information such as name, email address, profile image, authentication identifiers, and session metadata. We also collect workout content that you enter, including routines, exercises, sets, notes, ratings, body measurements, preferences, and training history.

3. Device, diagnostics, and support data

We may collect device, network, log, and diagnostic data needed to keep the service reliable, troubleshoot support requests, prevent abuse, and understand whether core features such as sign-in, sync, and workout logging are working correctly.

4. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, sync workout data across devices, show history and stats, respond to support and privacy requests, improve product reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

5. Legal bases and consent

Where required by law, we process information under one or more legal bases such as contract performance, consent, legitimate interests, or legal compliance. You can stop using the service, delete your account in the app, or contact support for help with a privacy request.

6. Sharing and service providers

We may share information with service providers that help run LogMySet, including hosting, database, authentication, app platform, email/support, logging, diagnostics, and security providers. These providers process information on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.

7. Third-party sign-in

If you sign in with Google or Apple, those providers process your authentication request under their own terms and privacy policies. LogMySet stores the account/session data needed to keep you signed in and connect your workout data to your account.

8. Data retention

We retain account and workout information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and keep backups. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your information. You can delete your account from the app settings, and you can contact support for help with any privacy request.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information, including HTTPS, authentication controls, database access controls, and secret separation. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure.

11. International transfers

The service may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required by law, we use recognized safeguards for cross-border transfers.

12. Children

LogMySet is not directed to children under 13 or the applicable age in your jurisdiction. Do not use the service if you are not old enough to consent to these terms and this policy.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the product, this page, or other appropriate channels.

14. Contact
